Our Online Accidental Counsellor Training combines self-paced and real-time learning options, giving you instant access to an extensive library of courses that teach practical, effective skills for providing emotional support — no counselling background required.

Hi, I’m Rocky Biasi. Since 2008, I’ve shared my Accidental Counsellor training with thousands of school staff, allied health professionals, and community service workers across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. My goal has always been to provide practical, effective tools for supporting others.

Our online courses were launched to expand this mission, and so far, more than 4,350 participants have completed our training. These courses draw on my experience as a high school teacher for 10 years, a school counsellor for 3 years, and my ongoing work in private practice.
